Designed for a senior couple in the heart of Pune, The New Heirloom is a warm and comforting 3BHK residence inspired by modern Indian living. Rooted in the clients’ devotion to Shrinathji, the home subtly weaves spirituality, traditional craftsmanship, and rich Indian textures into a contemporary setting. Soft neutral tones, handcrafted details, and nostalgic elements evoke the familiarity of a “nani ka ghar,” creating spaces that feel deeply personal and inviting. The result is a timeless home that celebrates heritage, comfort, and everyday living with understated elegance.

The common area is designed as the heart of The New Heirloom a warm, inviting space that evokes the comforting nostalgia of Nani ka Ghar. Soft neutral tones, layered textures, and warm lighting create an atmosphere that feels both timeless and familiar.
A series of custom-crafted arches behind the sofa, dressed in heritage-inspired prints, add character and celebrate traditional Indian design. Complementing them, much of the furniture is crafted in solid teakwood, bringing authenticity, warmth, and lasting craftsmanship to the space.
